Full-service occupied home staging:

Interested in transforming your lived-in space into a model home environment? After we review the photographs and completion of the homeowner's "to do" list, we provide hands-on staging utilizing your current furniture, making intentional edits for better flow and incorporating professional styling to achieve a "photo-ready" look. Standard sessions take up to 4 hours , with additional time available at an hourly rate if needed. Our Full-service Staging includes a curated package of decor, textiles, and artwork tailored to your space, ensuring your home looks effortlessly elegant and show-ready. Best of all, these items are yours to keep and will remain on-site until the property is sold, ensuring your listing stays camera-ready from day one to the final walk through.
