How It Works:

The initial consultation:

We start by evaluating each room using photographs that show the current condition of your property. A custom "to do" list will be created before the on-site walk through of the property. Following the walk through, a detailed written report along with suggestions for preparing each room will be sent to the homeowner. You will obtain a comprehensive "show-ready" plan that includes furniture arrangements, editing, and minor cosmetic enhancements for homeowners to manage. This process usually takes 1-2 hours, completing the DIY package.

Full-service occupied home staging:

Transforming your lived-in space into a model home environment. After we review the photographs and finish the homeowner's "to do" list, we provide hands-on staging utilizing your current furniture, making intentional edits for better flow and incorporating professional styling to achieve a "photo-ready" look. Standard sessions take up to 4 hours , with additional time available at an hourly rate if needed. Our Full-service Staging includes a curated package of decor, textiles, and artwork tailored to your space, ensuring your home looks effortlessly elegant and show-ready. Best of all, these items are yours to keep and will remain on-site until the property is sold, ensuring your listing stays camera-ready from day one to the final walk through.

Our DIY package and full-service staging include: professional color consulting and suggestions for updating light fixtures and recommendations on small cosmetic changes. Both packages come with a written checklist for each room outlining how to prepare your home to showcase its best.
